Community Calendar

Annual scholarship fundraiser for Maya youth from Belize, Guatemala and Chiapas, Mexico. Over 1,500 unique Mesoamerican and South American donated items (traditional clothing, artwork, accessories, books and woven decor) will be for sale. All proceeds fund scholarships for Maya children and youth who show promise and passion to continue on in school past sixth grade. Weaving for Justice partners in this project with The Maya Educational Foundation, based in Antigua, Guatemala.

Monthly meeting for those living with hearing loss; that is, people experiencing the loss, their families, their co-workers, and their friends. Come to learn about advances in research and technology concerning hearing loss, to share techniques to adjust to changes in hearing, to hear invited experts speak, to learn about care for hearing aids and how to use a phone with hearing loss, to join advocacy efforts, and more. Our meetings are captioned so you can read as well as hear the program. Please join us and bring a friend, loved one, and/or coworker. A member association of the national HLAA.

Al-Anon is for family and friends who have been affected by another's drinking or drug addiction.

This event takes place on the second Saturday of even numbered months.

The mission of the Desert Southwest Cancer Support Group is to provide a community of emotional support to cancer survivors and caregivers, to educate and provide information to help cancer survivors make informed healthcare decisions for their cancer journey and to thrive together after treatment. This peer-to-peer support group is for all who have been affected by cancer.

A Trunk or Treat, we will have games, hot rods, treats for the kids, Fellowship for everyone, a fun outreach event for families, spreading the message of Gods love to our community

We invite you to a three-part Lunar Pathways series, with a themed experience on the evening of a full moon with mindfulness and meditation for the next three months. Each month will have a different theme for people to embrace their inner self. The events will be in

Spanish and English along with interpersonal journaling into the evening with fun giveaways.
