Celebrate springtime with five local artisans. Suzanne Kane creates desert inspired sculptures blending welded steel with mid-fired stoneware. A.Me and Mitch Alamag (Rokoko) create colorful, whimsical and thoughtful contemporary folk art. Mary Lou LaCasse makes metal and ceramic garden sculptures which are eclectic and include weldable found pieces of metal. Rosemary McLoughlin is primarily an oil painter who incorporates magical figures and animals into her paintings.
Join the artists at the First Friday reception, April 3 from 5 to 7 for discussion. refreshments and live music.

New Mexico’s Mutual UFO Network Alamogordo Chapter meets at Otero Arts on 12th & Indian AVE at 11am on the 3rd Saturday of the month. We discuss Flying Saucers and our local aerial phenomenon experiences. Join MUFON for Coffee Cups & Flying Saucers a meeting of like-minded individuals with a common interest in sharing what we see in the skies. This free monthly meeting is open to the public.

It is always exciting to see what they have created, and we invite the community to support these young artists by stopping by to see for yourselves. The exhibit will be up from April 2 – 29, 2026. Coffee Cups & Flying Saucers is the Alamogordo Chapter of New Mexico's Mutual UFO Network, MUFON. We discuss flying saucers and other high strangeness at Otero Arts located on the corner of 12th & Indiana Ave in Alamogordo NM. MUFON invites like-minded individuals with an interest in local aerial phenomena to join our free meetings on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11 am. Bring a friend to enjoy our discussions and share opinions.
