April 2026 at the Deming Art Center will feature the wonderful designs and innovative creations of the Deming High School art students. It is always exciting to see what they have created, and we invite the community to support these young artists by stopping by to see for yourselves. The exhibit will be up from April 2 – 29, 2026. There will be a time to meet these talented student artists on Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 1-2:30PM at the Deming Art Center which is located at 100 S. Gold St., Deming, NM. The gallery hours are 10AM – 4PM Monday – Friday and 10AM – 1PM on Saturday. Creative Flow is a fun educational event that combines cutting edge neuroscience with the creative process. Come learn about key networks in the brain and how to activate them for optimal wellbeing. Take a few hours away from never ending digital content to create art and make a community connection. Hosted by Dr. Lisa J. Feinics, an educator and former scientist with a PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior, and Jean-Robert Beffort, a collage and assemblage artist who is an integral part of Silver City's art scene. Donations for art supplies are appreciated but not required.
Join us as the Bachelor of Fine Arts students put on their thesis show, combining individual bodies of work into one joint show; Raw Perception. Pieces include, but are not limited to, oil paintings, steel sculpture, photography, and ceramics.

The annual Luna County Fine Arts & Crafts Show will be presented as the May 2026 exhibit at the Deming Art Center. Featured will be local artists and crafters from Luna County. It showcases many different mediums including painting, sculpture, fiber arts, jewelry and more. Anyone living in Luna County is eligible to participate with up to 3 items. The exhibit will be up from May 2-29, 2026 (closed Memorial Day). There will be a time to meet the artists on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 1PM- 2:30PM. The Deming Art Center is located at 100 S.
