A group of New Mexicans last week travelled to Washington D.C. to advocate protections for the Gila River. Scott Brocato spoke with Grant County Commissioner Alicia Edwards about the trip to D.C. and the bill they want Senators Martin Heinrich and Ben Ray Lujan and Representative Gabe Vasquez to reintroduce.

Scott Brocato has been an award-winning radio veteran for over 35 years. He has lived and worked in Las Cruces since 2016, and you can hear him regularly during "All Things Considered" from 4 pm-7 pm on weekdays.
