Fresh off a packed month of jazz in May, Las Cruces music fans can look forward to the David Borrego Quartet continuing the tunes during the Mesilla Valley Jazz and Blues Society meeting in June.

The evening will be part of the society’s monthly meeting of members and the public alike. Everyone is invited to attend a short social at 6:30 p.m. at Alma d’Arte Charter High School, followed by a short organization update from MVJBS Executive Director Pancho Romero.

The David Borrego Quartet will then take the stage for the rest of the evening. Audiences are encouraged to attend to support the jazz genre. The set list will include familiar standards from the jazz repertoire as well as a few surprises.
