StoryCorps' Military Voices Initiative

KRWG Public Media has partnered with StoryCorps' Military Voices Initiative, a national project to record, preserve, and share the stories of local veterans and military families and let them know that we — as a nation — are listening. A selection of those stories will air on KRWG-FM's broadcasts of Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

Celebrate with us at our free listening event, where you'll have the opportunity to listen to some of the stories we've recorded, learn more about StoryCorps' Military Voices Initiative, and meet the team.  The event will be held on March 5 from 5pm to 7pm at the Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces.

StoryCorps in a national nonprofit that has given people of all backgrounds and beliefs, in thousands of towns and cities in all 50 states, the chance to record interviews about their lives. Learn more at storycorps.org/military-voices.
