District Attorney James Montoya has dropped the death penalty in the Walmart mass shooter case. Patrick Crusius is expected to plead guilty April 21st. Montoya claims most of the families of victims of the shooting would rather see closure than pursue capital punishment in the case. KC Counts speaks with Bob Moore about the decision and what comes next.
