LAS CRUCES, NM - A water leak discovered in the Government Center of Doña Ana County, 845 N. Motel Boulevard building means it must close and all employees will be sent home immediately. The Treasurer’s Office, the Clerk’s Office, Community Development and the Assessor’s Office will be closed.
Doña Ana County’s Facilities & Parks staff is working to fix the leak and restore water services to the Government Center building. County officials will notify the public and employees as soon as the problem has been corrected.
“We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause the public,” County Manager Fernando Macias said.
This only impacts the employees and services in the Government Center. All other County employees should continue to work at the direction of their supervisors.
