A cold front expected in the Las Cruces area late Monday evening and into Tuesday has prompted Las Cruces Public Schools to cancel some campus activities within the district.
Tuesday’s cancelations include:
All grab-and-go meal sites, including bus deliveries.
Athletic practices.
In-person special education classes at Vista Middle School.
Scheduled SAT testing.
Remote learning will not be affected, and students are expected to be on scheduled Zoom calls. Early voting at Sonoma Elementary School will also continue as scheduled, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
