Las Cruces Seeks Input On Dog Park Designs

Anyone who uses the City’s dog park or simply has an interest in dogs is encouraged to see the latest designs for the General Obligation (GO) Bond Dog Park project and give their input to help shape the vision for these parks. Beginning Tuesday, June 2, watch the presentation at the bottom of this post and send comments to clcengage@las-cruces.org. Deadline for submitting input is Tuesday, June 16.

As designated in the approved GO Bond, one dog park will be adjacent to the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley, 3551 Bataan Memorial West, and the other will be near Burn Lake, 1855 W. Amador Ave. Community input will be considered in the next phase of the park improvements and renovation designs which will be presented in follow-up public input events.

Status of this and other GO Bond projects can be found on the Public Works GO Bond website at www.las-cruces.org/GoBondProjects. For information, contact the Public Works Department at 575/541-3333 or email clcengage@las-cruces.org
