Las Cruces Public Schools- In wake of the announcement that New Mexico had confirmed cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by Coronavirus, Las Cruces Public Schools will be cancelling all large events, athletic games, tournaments and musical performances scheduled for this weekend in Las Cruces.
*Practices and after school programs are still open for those who want to participate, but performances and games are cancelled.
Events include:
- Nineteenth Annual Las Cruces FFA CDE Invitational scheduled for March 14th.
- Southwest New Mexico Music Educators Association District Music Performance Assessment at Onate High School Performing Arts Center (SWNMMEA) Choral MPA: March 13 – March 14.
- Southwest New Mexico Music Educators Association (SWNMMEA) Orchestra MPA: Thursday March 19 at Oñate High School
- New Mexico Baseball Invitational
- New Mexico Softball Invitational
- Centennial High School Track Meet
- Las Cruces High School Cheer Competition
- Mayfield/Las Cruces High School Tennis Invitational
