Weck's Restaurants of Albuquerque has announced it will open this summer in Las Cruces at the former Dublin's Restaurant on University Avenue. The chain, which offers breakfast and lunch, issued this statement:
Wecks Restaurants has been expanding its locations to serve its loyal customers since 1991. With every new location comes a new community to enjoy our full-belly tradition and exceptional service. We now have fourteen locations in New Mexico, with an exciting new one in the works.
This summer, 2019, we will officially expand our family to Las Cruces, New Mexico. As of February 13, we have purchased what once was “Dublins” Restaurant on University Avenue in Las Cruces. We will begin working to open this summer.
