The N.M.S.U. Las Cruces and Doña Ana Community College campuses will delay opening Thursday, January 3rd until 10:00 am. Freezing temperatures tonight will increasing risk of ice forming on already wet roads and walkways. Temperatures are expected to be above freezing by 10:00 am.
