Las Cruces Avenue, from Church Street to Campo Street, will be closed for approximately eight weeks beginning Wednesday, October 31, 2018. The closure is part of the Downtown Two-Way Conversion Project, which Morrow Enterprises, Inc. continues to work on.
The lane closure will affect RoadRUNNER Transit Route 2. Business and residential access will be maintained.
As that portion of the road closes, Las Cruces Avenue will be opened between Main Street and Church Street.
Motorists who want to avoid possible delays should seek an alternate route.
