Albuquerque police say one man has been arrested and a second is being sought in a November killing.
Police identify the man arrested Tuesday night in the killing of Ray Gurule as 30-year-old Billy V. Cordova and say the second person sought is 25-year-old Charlie Montoya.
According to police, a woman found Gurule's dead body in her back yard on Nov. 24.
Police say Gurule was shot during a confrontation between two groups of people and that he died after trying to flee.
Montoya is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-8, 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He and Cordova are accused of murder and other crimes.
