Las Cruces, NM – On this edition of PUENTES a la comunidad, bridges to the community, host Emily Guerra met with Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico Executive Director, Terra Winter, to talk to us about their only fundraising event, their Annual Gala. They will celebrate their 30th Anniversary with – Cirque du CFSNM. The Gala will take place Saturday, September 7th beginning at 6 p.m. at the Las Cruces Convention Center, 690 East University Avenue with a Las Vegas style circus/casino atmosphere featuring casino games, a live & silent auction, a sit-down dinner, music and dancing. All proceeds benefit Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico and 40 non-profit partners, focusing on supporting countless causes – the arts, feeding children, expanding literacy, improving health and providing scholarships.
