Christian P. Valle
TV Production ManagerChristian Valle currently serves as the TV Production Manager for KRWG Public Media. His duties range from TV director, producer and editor of Newsmakers, field videographer for Community Connection and Living Here and every other production position
that is needed. Christian has worked for KRWG Public Media for nearly two decades and is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. During his time at NMSU, he fell in love with TV production and
knew this would be his calling. He has produced award-winning work with awards from the New Mexico Broadcasters Association from 2018 and 2021. He also received two Rocky Mountain Emmy Nominations in 2019 and 2020 and won
in 2019 for the Best of Living Here - Local Artists, where he put together Living Here segments into a half-hour show. His latest award comes from the National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA) in 2022 for COVID-19 Marketing / Communications.
Christian has also produced a half-hour documentary on Clara Belle Williams, the first African-American to graduate from NMSU, which is available to watch at video.krwg.org.
Christian enjoys long vacations, movies, and trying out local cuisine when he can. Christian enjoys telling stories of our borderland region and hopes to continue bringing enriching and engaging videos to the area.
