The Roman Chip Quintet will bring the Valentine’s Day vibes to the next Mesilla Valley Jazz and Blues Society meeting in February. Continue your holiday celebration with the society during a special themed meeting. The quintet will even sprinkle in a few Valentine’s Day tunes to their set.

Saxophonist Roman Chip is a fellow MVJBS member and frequent performer during the society’s monthly meetings. He will be joined by four fellow musicians, including two who will make their MVJBS debut.

Audience members can join the MVJBS at 3 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2025 at Alma D’Arte Charter High School. A dessert social will kick off the festivities followed by music at 4 p.m.

Monthly meetings are open to the public and all are welcome. Attendance is $5 for society members, $10 for non-members and $2 for students at the door.
