Mother Jones in Heaven Presented by Silver City Theatre

What: Silver City Theatre (SCT) presents “The Most Dangerous Women in America,” Mother Jones in Heaven. This stirring two-night musical performance is January 9 and 10. This timely production brings legendary labor organizer Mary Harris "Mother" Jones back to life to reflect on her past battles and the ongoing struggle for dignity in the modern workplace.

The play imagines Mother Jones in the afterlife looking back on her life as a fearless advocate for workers' rights and child labor laws. Through song and story, she challenges the audience to consider what has changed in the American workforce—and what hasn't.
