Join us for the first of the Humanities Discussion Panel series focused on the Following the Manito Trail cultural heritage exhibition, featuring Levi Romero, Dr. Vanessa Fonseca- Chavez, Dr. Patricia Perea, Dr. Trisha Martinez, Jesús Villa, and moderated by Dr. Michelle Lanteri. In this discussion, we bring together humanities scholars and project team members from Following the Manito Trail. We will talk about the origins of the project, the work that has been accomplished, and our plans for moving forward. We bring to the conversation a reflection on querencia, migrations, homelands, and the term Manito, and how the Following the Manito Trail project has served as an example of community engaged work.
