The Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for 55-year-old Pedro Orrantia of Chaparral NM.
Orrantia is wanted for alleged Child Abuse, Criminal Sexual Penetration of a minor and other crimes. Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Detective stated Mr. Orrantia was last seen at an address off of McCombs in Chaparral NM.
