Donald Fonte, the 77-year-old man reported missing Saturday from his Las Cruces home, was located Tuesday morning near the Arizona-New Mexico state line and is said to be in good condition.
Fonte was in his Toyota 4-Runner on Cavot Road, near San Simon, Ariz., when he was located by an employee with the Arizona Department of Transportation. Fonte’s dog, an orange and white Cajun cur, was also located and is in good condition.
A relative reported Fonte missing Saturday after he failed to return from the dog park in Las Cruces.
