The Texas Department of Transportation says I-10 has reopened after a stalled vehicle near Artcraft led to the closure of I-10 East at Vinton. All traffic was forced to exit at Vinton (Exit 2). It took over 2 hours to clear the roadway. The closure was first reported at 7:10 Friday morning, 9/22/23. The notification of the reopening was issued at about 9:40 a.m.
