This week, Dr. Beth O'leary, Assistant Professor of Anthropology at NMSU and Treasurer of the Phillips Chapel Restoration, talks about the history and significance of the oldest African American chapel in Las Cruces. She spoke about the challenges of restoring a 100 year old adobe church and what it means to our town.
