Parkour Generations Las Cruces runs outdoor and indoor classes, workshops, and clinics to provide quality movement education. Our mission is to spread parkour training in a safe, positive, and responsible manner to a wide range of demographics. We aim to effect positive social change through physical movement and community.

We present our Challenge Day Event!

If you're looking to test your mental barriers and physical limits, this is the event for you! Challenge Day is intended to find your limits as an athlete and go beyond them. We will focus on a combination of physical strength, technical skills, problem-solving, and movement competency.

You should come away with a clearer understanding of how 'challenge' motivates and drives the practice of Parkour through the implementation of challenges in ordinary & extraordinary situations, and much more!

This event will also welcome a guest coach, all the way from San Antonio, TX. Level 3 Coach and A.D.A.P.T. Coordinator Marcus Lincoln. All ability levels are welcome as we will be sure to have something for everyone!

What to bring:
- Appropriate footwear (sneakers!)
- Water!
- A good attitude!
