Feminist Border Arts Film Festival

Experience a cinematic journey like no other as FBAFF brings you the boldest, most thought-provoking films that defy boundaries and challenge the status quo. Get ready to immerse yourself in narratives that celebrate diverse identities, explore the complexities of love and desire, and ignite the fires of social change. From groundbreaking queer and trans stories to powerful feminist perspectives, FBAFF is here to amplify underrepresented voices and leave you inspired, empowered, and forever changed. Join us this Pride and let your mind soar through the transformative power of film!

The 2023 season of FBAFF is dedicated to Emilia Rueda (R.I.P.). Her video, "Hand of Colonialism," a digital storytelling piece she created in work for courses in the Department of Art and Gender & Sexuality Studies, premieres as an official entry of the festival.
