Louis A. Vega is president of Dow North America and vice president, Government Affairs & Advocacy, North America. In his role as president of Dow's largest region, with 17,500 employees and $15.5 billion annual revenue, he oversees strategy development and P&L management, and engages stakeholders to drive enterprise success. As vice president, he leads a team of professionals focusing on legislative and regulatory policy priorities to enable a positive business environment for the company and its investments. Vega strives to demonstrate how diversity can ensure enterprise success. Vega serves as the Vice Chair of the New Mexico State University Foundation and received his bachelor's degree in government from the College of Arts & Sciences.
