Her talk is entitled Reclaiming Peace: Boundaries, Wellbeing, and Embracing Change in 2025. Lori is an Amazon best-selling author with a passion for writing memoirs and self-help books that explore universal truths through personal experiences. Her journey to authorship was shaped by a diverse career and a love for reading and writing. Lori’s themes of true health, love, laughter, and freedom guide her work, including her books Come Back Strong, Transform, and Wheels to Wellbeing. She is also the co-author (with her husband Jim) of Raging Love. When she’s not writing or coaching, you’ll find her with her husband on their bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, or in the gym
