Join Prof. Thomas Hart and graduate student Delaney Romo on a trip back through time to learn how archaeologists identify ancient foods and how plants, people, and food have contributed to the culture and agriculture of New Mexico today. Hart is an assistant professor of anthropology at NMSU, where Romo is studying for her master’s degree. Their presentation is on Thursday, January 8, at 7 p.m. in the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum Auditorium. Admission is free.
