DACC's Center for Education and Career Development has a new Director of Adult Education. Dr. Tricia Brainard was hired to continue providing educational opportunities to Adult Learners seeking to acquire English, obtain a high school credential, and/or improve skills to enter or improve their standing in the workforce. Classes are provided Online and Face to Face during the academic year. Other academic supportive services are also provided.
At this time, there is an extraordinary need for instructors to meet the needs of adult learners of a diverse population. This investment in adult education contributes to the unmet needs of our community.
