The Academy for Learning in Retirement's four-part January series will discuss “Honoring Beloved Golden Age Musicals Through a Contemporary Lens.” Producer, director, educator and performer Megan McQueen will give live presentations at the Doña Ana Community College – East Mesa auditorium that will also be available as Zoom broadcasts. There will be free cookies and coffee before each presentation in the nearby Student Resources Building. Ms. McQueen will give her first presentation on Tuesday, January 16 about “West Side Story.”

Audience members may register for the Academy for Learning in Retirement’s four January sessions or for all 20 ALR Spring presentations by searching on the Web for DACC_ALR. People may also register with cash or checks at the door. ALR will send Zoom links to registrants on the evening before each presentation. Registrants may attend at the auditorium or may log in after 10:00 a.m. MST and each presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m. MST.
