Police officers have reportedly been involved in a shooting after a bank robbery in northeast Albuquerque, but it's still unclear if anyone was wounded.
Police say they responded to a robbery in progress Monday afternoon at a Bank of America near Carlisle and Candelaria.
Officers have parked their cruisers in the middle of streets in the area and investigators have dropped evidence markers in the road.
A pile of clothes, a knife, a backpack and other evidence now is lying in the street near the intersection.
Both directions of Carlisle south of Candelaria are closed while police investigate the incident.
