Doña Ana Community College Workforce & Community Engagement is offering training opportunities for faculty, staff, and community members to enhance their foundational computer skills.

Microsoft Excel:
Three levels of Microsoft Excel training. The MS Excel classes allow you to learn Microsoft’s popular spreadsheet program, whether you are a beginner or an experienced user looking to hone your skills. Take one or all three levels—in-person classes at DACC Workforce – 2345 E. Nevada Ave, Las Cruces, NM.
Introduction to Excel. This 8-hour (TWO 4-hour sessions) in-person training provides learners with an overview of working with functions, lists, and tables in Microsoft Excel.
** Friday mornings: September 5th and September 12th – 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Intermediate Excel This 8-hour (TWO 4-hour sessions) in-person training provides learners with an overview of working with functions, lists, and tables in Microsoft Excel. Participants will learn how to analyze data, visualize data using charts, and utilize PivotTables and PivotCharts.
**Friday mornings: October 17th and 24th 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Advanced Excel Learn advanced functions in MS 2019 Excel, including working with multiple worksheets and workbooks, sharing and protecting workbooks, using lookup functions, forecasting data, and creating sparklines and mapping data.
