Nan Chalat Noaker will be at the Grant County Art Guild Gallery during Centennial Friday, May 31, from 5-7pm to discuss her new stop-action film, “Aldo and the Wolf.” Noaker works with 3d needle-felted figures, and members of her “cast” will be at the gallery, along with a QR code that will take you to her film.

The “Aldo” in the film title refers to Aldo Leopold, who secured a Wilderness designation for the Gila Wilderness--the first Wilderness designation in the world. This event is part of the Centennial Friday gallery walk in downtown Silver City, held during the Gila Wilderness Centennial Celebration.
