Albuquerque voters won't be deciding three ballot questions in December.
The Albuquerque Journal reports that the City Council voted late Monday to scrap the idea of a December mail-in special election on three questions that didn't make the Nov. 4 ballot.
The questions would have dealt with changing procedures for petition drives for ballot measures, giving the council a say over selection of police chiefs and authorizing borrowing for redevelopment projects.
