Santa police say a man is hospitalized in stable condition after being shot and wounded while standing on his driveway.
According to police, 52-year-old Peter Komis was shot twice Tuesday night by three or four men who fled the scene in a white sedan.
Police say Komis said the men got out of the car and assaulted him.
