Las Cruces – Yesterday the residents of Sierra County, New Mexico voted strongly in favor of a quarter percent gross receipts tax which will help the state fund the construction of Spaceport America. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports Sierra will now join with Dona Ana County in creating a Spaceport Tax District.
