Las Cruces, NM – Voters within the Las Cruces Public Schools District will have a chance Tuesday to vote on a three-mil levy intended to help the district restructure its bond debt. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the district wants to stretch the debt over an additional two years in order to free up money without raising taxes.
