Las Cruces, NM – District Five of the Public Regulation Commission covers most of southwestern New Mexico including most of Las Cruces, Truth or Consequences, Silver City, and Deming. This year's race pits Democratic candidate Sandy Jones against Republican Earl Greer. As KRWG's Charles Winiecki reports, both weighed in on Public Regulation issues that affect southwestern New Mexico.
