Las Cruces, NM – On this edition of PUENTES a la comunidad, bridges to the community, host Emily Guerra met with resident of the Mesquite Street Historic District in Las Cruces, Faith Hutson, to talk to us about “The Epiphany: Día de Los Reyes” nativity exhibit she and her husband, John Verploegh, will share at their home on Sunday, January 5th from Noon to 4 p.m. at 706B South Mesquite Street. The Hutson/Verploegh collection represents more than 20 countries from their world journeys. A $5.00 donation will help start a “Fund for Public Art in the Historic District.” Café de olla and traditional seasonal pastries will be served.
