June 14, 2014 – Las Cruces, NM - On this edition of PUENTES, Emily Guerra bridges the community with Southern New Mexico Diabetes Outreach (SNMDO) Executive Director, June Donohue; SNMDO Board President, Susan Oliver; and RN Program Development Coordinator, Jodi Avalos, with information about diabetes awareness, prevention, and management.
SNMDO is a non-profit community outreach program which provides free diabetes screenings, classes, and support groups. The next meeting of the Youth Support Group will be Tuesday, June 17th.
