  The City of Las Cruces continues its front-line efforts against COVID-19 with new ongoing "Sleeve Up Las Cruces" locations.

Unveiled at the Las Cruces Farmers and Crafts Market in early March, City staff created the “Sleeve Up Las Cruces” campaign to create more awareness about the COVID-19 vaccines and to assist residents with registering for the vaccinations.

Sleeve Up Las Cruces has ongoing locations at:

  • Mesilla Valley Intermodal Transit Terminal (300 W. Lohman Avenue) from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Saturday (Spanish language service available) and;
  • Thomas Branigan Memorial Library (200 E. Picacho Avenue) from 1 - 4 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Additional locations may be announced in the coming weeks.

Staff and volunteers will also be onsite at La Reyna Michocana (870 E. Madrid Avenue) from 3 - 5 p.m. this Friday, April 23 and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 24.

Registering for a COVID-19 vaccination will help residents put their name on the list to receive an appointment for the vaccination as soon as they become available. Information and coordination of the COVID-19 vaccination is done through the New Mexico Department of Health and the City of Las Cruces is proud to assist residents in getting information and getting registered.

For more information on vaccine registration visit https://cvvaccine.nmhealth.org or New Mexico residents can call 1-855-600-3453 for help with the registration process if they do not have internet access.
