Converge Las Cruces Fine Art’s latest online exhibition Craig Varjabedian; The Light of Days Gone By is now on display at www.ConvergeLasCruces.com in our new 3D walk-through Organ Mountains Gallery. This 30 image exhibition is a celebration of Craig’s 45 years in photography and being held in conjunction the release of his new book by the same title.
Mr. Varjabedian, a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico for more than 30 years presents his unique photographic vision of subjects he holds dear to him, including southwest landscapes, White Sands National Park and his ongoing Native Light Photo Collaboration, a project of portraits that presents the faces and stories of Native Americans.
“Working as a photographer has given me the opportunity to constantly be learning something from my experiences behind the camera. For me it’s more than just about making pretty pictures—that’s nice certainly—but it’s more about having the opportunity to observe, to be a witness to the quintessential beauty of it all,” said Mr. Varjabedian.
