KC Counts talks with Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Debbi Moore about the health business climate in southern New Mexico and what the Chamber's role in supporting it is. The Chamber is hosting the Health Biz Expo this Saturday (9/14) from 10-2 at the Las Cruces Convention Center.
