The Academy for Learning in Retirement's October 2023 Zoom series will discuss “Nuclear New Mexico.” The final presentation in the series will be given by Dr. James Conca, science consultant and trustee of the Herbert M. Parker Foundation on Wednesday, October 18. He will discuss nuclear energy and mitigating climate change.

Audience members may register for the Academy for Learning in Retirement’s four October Zoom sessions or for all 16 ALR Fall 2023 Zoom presentations by searching on the Web for DACC_ALR. ALR will send Zoom links to registrants on the evening before each presentation. Registrants may log in after 10:00 a.m. and each presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m.
