The Southwest Environmental Center recently released a report suggesting possible solutions for restoring and conserving native fish populations in the Rio Grande. The report "Conserving Native Rio Grande Fishes In Southern New Mexico and West Texas: A Conceptual Approach" was authored by Dr. David Propst, Biologist, University of New Mexico and Kevin Bixby, Executive Director, Southwest Environmental Center.
