It was a progressive sweep in yesterday’s city council elections. Yvonne Flores defeated incumbent Ceil Levatino in district 6, Gill Sorg held off Steve Montanez and William Fuller in district 5 to win his third term to the council and Gabe Vasquez defeated Bev Courtney in district 3.
