Las Cruces, NM – State Engineer John D' Antonio was in Las Cruces Monday, jumpstarting an effort to regulate underground water use in the area. It's all part of a regulation issued two years ago by D' Antonio called the Metering Order. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has this report.
