Raices del Saber means Roots of Knowledge in Spanish. It is a school where students and parents are valued as participants in the construction of knowledge and students achieve a high level of academic performance in a bilingual-biliterate environment. The school will begin with grades K-1, adding one grade each year until K-5; and will use a dual language (English/Spanish) two-way immersion 90/10 model. The Nahuatl language will also be used to enhance and promote the appreciation of Mexico’s cultural heritage.
