November 16, 2013 – Las Cruces, NM - On this edition of PUENTES, Emily Guerra bridges the community with Vice President of the Potter’s Guild of Las Cruces, Barbara Williams. The Guild will present its Annual Holiday Show and Sale on Friday, November 22nd from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday, November 23rd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Las Cruces Association of Realtors (LCAR), 150 E. Idaho Avenue (adjacent to Comcast). The Potter's Guild recently celebrated 31 years of operation.
Twenty local artists will be selling art and gift items such as, jewelry, functional pottery, sculptures, tiles and pillow coverings. Unique handmade creations will be available to purchase directly from the artists. Participating artists include Joe Angelo, Wendy Baldwin, Maggie Garet, Mary Ann Hendrickson, Beth Landers-Chidester, Diane LeMarbe, Mary Lou LaCasse, Terre Love, Rudy Lucero, Sally McCollum, Jim Moore, Darlene Nelson, Kris and John Northcutt, Linda Reeder-Sanchez, Randy and Jeanne Summers, Cindy Waddell, Barbara Williams and Edna Zuniga.
